Brenda Snipes

With hearts touched by sorrow, we pause to remember the life of Brenda Snipes and the quiet, meaningful ways she cared for others. Brenda was born on December 5, 1952, in Dothan, Alabama, and later made Miami, Florida, her home. She passed away on August 26, 2026, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of compassion and service.

For many years, Brenda served as a Transportation Attendant with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. She approached her work with patience, dedication, and a sincere concern for the safety and well-being of the children entrusted to her care. Although she retired in 2015, the kindness she shared and the lives she touched will not be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM at Peaceful Zion Missionary Church, 2400 Northwest 68th Street, Miami, Florida. The Celebration of Life will be held at the church on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 9:30 AM. Brenda will be laid to rest at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 Northwest 57th Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida.
