Lula B. Johnson ( Mrs. Jenny ) Obituary (1935 - 2015)

Lula Bell Johnson affectionately known as "Jenny" was born on September 23, 1935 in Union Springs, Alabama. She was the second child of nine children born to Australia and Joe Nathan Scott. The family moved to Hallandale Beach, Florida in the mid 1940's. Lula attended School in Broward County School System and studied Home Health Care. She united herself in with the Greater Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the Late Rev. O.W.Foster. where she was an active member of the Spiritual attendants, Singles Ministry and Women's Ministry. In July of 1957 she married the love of her life the late Elijah Johnson who she was married to for 44 years. In December of 1957 they were blessed with a beautiful daughter Wanda that shared many happy memories traveling throughout the country. Preceded her in death were her Parents Australia & Joe, and brothers Henry Scott, Otis Lee scott, Donald Scott, & Nathaiel Scott She leaves to cherish her memories a Daughter, Wanda Devoe Lambert, and Son in law Kevin Lambert, three sisters, Mary Bullard of Dallas Texas, Annie R Buggs of Gasden Alabama, Joenetta Scott of Cincinnati Ohio. Two Brothers James Scott of Cincinnati Ohio, and Ray Scott (Brenda) of Garden of North Carolina. One Sister in Law Trevia Johnson , A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, & several God Children.
